With so many tv ads and filers in your mailbox, sometimes you need a bit of help getting registered to vote, reading more about candidates or figuring out where to cast your ballot.

We’ve compiled some facts and handy links to help you through the Nov. 4 election.

What are the fall 2014 elections?

Voters statewide will choose a U.S. senator and a U.S. representative, a new governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, secretary of state, state auditor, state treasurer, land commissioner and state representatives.

How do I check my registration status>?

The New Mexico Secretary of State keeps track of your registration. If you live in Bernalillo County, so does the County Clerk’s Office.

Where can I find the League of Women Voters’ guide to the election?

They will have it online Oct. 6 here.
