February 14, 2020 – Gene Grant and The Line opinion panelists look at proposed changes within CYFD, the Children, Youth and Families Department. CYFD is “thinking outside the box” for big-picture solutions. The Department is also doing everything possible to keep foster children with family members, and especially aiming to place Native American children within their communities.
